You can delete your account and everything we hold about you at any time — in the app, or by asking us.
If you have been signed in for a while you may be asked to sign out and sign back in first. That is deliberate — it confirms the request is coming from you and not from someone who picked up your unlocked phone.
If you cannot reach the app — a lost device, an uninstalled app, a sign-in problem — email us from the address on the account:
We respond within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may ask you to confirm something only the account holder would know before acting on the request.
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your sign-in record — email address and display name | Permanently deleted |
| All puzzle scores, including leaderboard and daily entries | Permanently deleted |
| Level progress and stars stored on your device | Removed from that device |
| Sound and haptics preferences | Kept — device settings, not personal data |
| Anonymised aggregate statistics | May be retained; cannot be traced back to you |
Nothing is held on a delay. Your authentication record and score documents are removed as the deletion runs, not queued for later clearing. Progress on other devices you have signed in on is removed when you next open numble there.
Full detail on what we collect and why is in our Privacy Policy.
