numbleNimble with Numbers

Delete your numble account

You can delete your account and everything we hold about you at any time — in the app, or by asking us.

In the app — takes effect immediately

  1. Open numble.
  2. Tap your name at the top left of the home screen.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm.

If you have been signed in for a while you may be asked to sign out and sign back in first. That is deliberate — it confirms the request is coming from you and not from someone who picked up your unlocked phone.

By request

If you cannot reach the app — a lost device, an uninstalled app, a sign-in problem — email us from the address on the account:

privacy@playnumble.app

We respond within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may ask you to confirm something only the account holder would know before acting on the request.

What is deleted

DataWhat happens
Your sign-in record — email address and display namePermanently deleted
All puzzle scores, including leaderboard and daily entriesPermanently deleted
Level progress and stars stored on your deviceRemoved from that device
Sound and haptics preferencesKept — device settings, not personal data
Anonymised aggregate statisticsMay be retained; cannot be traced back to you
This cannot be undone. Deleting your account removes your scores from every leaderboard permanently. There is no recovery period and no backup to restore from.

Retention

Nothing is held on a delay. Your authentication record and score documents are removed as the deletion runs, not queued for later clearing. Progress on other devices you have signed in on is removed when you next open numble there.
